Abstract
|

|
Pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma is rare and found mainly in middle aged female.
Its etiology is not ceertain though histiocytoma, postinflammatory pseudotumor and true hemangioma are said.
A case of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma in 42 year-old female in Yonsei University, College of Medicine, Department of Pathology, is reported and brief review of literature is made.
